Coalition Against Poverty in Suffolk (CAPS) is having their annual BBQ dinner fundraiser - take out only - on Sun., September 15 from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Westminster Reformed Presbyterian Church. Menu: BBQ, fried chicken, slaw, hush puppies, and green beans. CAPS is a network of churches and organizations working together for poverty alleviation and community development, and is a ministry partner with NRBC. Tickets are $16 per plate. If you would like to participate, you may sign up: (a) in your small group, (b) at the Information Desk, (c) online at capsuffolk.org/bbq, or (d) directly with Tomika Doleman. For your convenience, Tomika will be doing a bulk pickup for those who wish to pick their order up from NRBC (between 11:30 & 12:00) rather than driving out to Westminster. Payment can be made by cash or check (payable to CAPS) and given to Tomika Doleman, or dropped off in the church office noting it is for CAPS.
