Great Expectations Parenting Classes

Crisis Pregnancy Center of Tidewater (CPC) is a Christ-centered organization with a calling to reach out to women and families involved in crisis-related pregnancies by offering real help for the present, hope for the future, and healing from the past.

If a mother decides to parent, CPC offers parenting classes to prepare new parents! Parents attending these classes also receive resources to care for their new baby, such as diapers, wipes, burp cloths, pacifiers, and much more. Patients of CPC are eligible to attend these classes until their baby is one year old.

Nansemond River Baptist Church partners with CPC by providing a mission team to reach out to and build community and relationships with those participating in the Great Expectations Parenting Classes. As the parents walk through the class, our team is right beside them offering support, community, and by connecting them to a local church.
