Deacons at NRBC are entrusted by our congregation to fulfill organizational, tangible, and/or mercy tasks in order to free our Elders from those responsibilities.
Biblically qualified men and women are nominated by other members of our congregation to fill this office for two-year terms. Deacons at NRBC do not practice any level of spiritual authority within our church and are not ordained; they are servants.
