Adult Small Groups at Nansemond River achieve four basic goals:
Connect People, Communicate Truth, Create Community, and Cultivate Care.
On Sunday, April 11th, our small groups returned to our regular schedule. We continue to highly recommend wearing masks while on campus. Additional cleaning measures have also been put into place.
Please visit the Connect Desk after our worship service to find out how you can get connected with a small group.
Every adult at NRBC is encouraged to be an active part of a small group. Various co-ed and gender-specific small groups meet weekly on Sundays at 8:15 a.m. (no childcare provided) and at 11:00 a.m. (preschool, children, and student ministry small groups also at this hour). In addition, NRBC offers an off-campus small group option at 6:00pm on Sunday evenings (no childcare provided). All small groups use the same Gospel Project lesson material each week.
Visit the Connect Team in the lobby on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. to discuss which small group would be a good fit for you!
