Adult Small Groups at Nansemond River achieve four basic goals:
Connect People, Communicate Truth, Create Community, and Cultivate Care.
On Sunday, September 13th, our small groups will be back to meeting on campus, however many of our classes will also offer a virtual option for those that wish to attend their small group online. Social/physical distancing measures will remain in place and masks are highly recommended. Additional cleaning measures have also been put into place.
Please visit the Connect Tent after our worship service to find out how you can get connected with a small group.
Every adult at NRBC is encouraged to be an active part of a small group. Various co-ed and gender-specific small groups meet weekly on Sundays at 8:15 a.m. (no childcare provided) and at 11:00 a.m. (preschool, children, and student ministry small groups also at this hour). In addition, NRBC is starting off-campus small groups in homes that meet at times other than Sunday mornings. All small groups use the same Gospel Project lesson material each week.
Visit the Connect Team in the lobby on Sundays at 11:00 a.m. to discuss which small group would be a good fit for you!
